Working Arrangements & Invoicing
• A signed purchase order is required before work is
carried out.
• Work to be carried out during working hours.
• Access to the building, etc being made available on
as required.
• Work to be invoiced upon completion.
• Payment terms are 50% with order and 50% to be made
30 days from date of invoice.
Products
All Products supplied by Filex Systems Ltd remain the property of
Filex Systems Ltd until full payment has been received.
VAT
All quote prices specifically exclude VAT that is an additional
charge and will be invoiced at the appropriate rate at the time of
submitting each respective invoice.
Validity
Proposals will remain in effect for 30 days from date of
issue.
Installation
Prices quoted are based on a clear level site with the assumption
of adequate lighting and power being available and our erectors
being able to work continuously. Any delays caused by
reasonable facilities not being available - the site not being
clear or interference by other workmen or sub-contractors - will
result in downtime being charged at our current hourly rate.
